I think Chess should implement a user rating system, so they can rate players after the game has finished, not rate them as how good they are but did they, Insult, stall, abuse, etc things like that.

.......but it will never happen. Think of the people who vote to delete threads for absolutely no reason. There are, unfortunately, just too many mean spirited players out there. What you suggest would probably lead to massive insults being slung back and forth here in the forums. I hate to be a nay-sayer, but just watch. I'm willing to bet that this thread will deleted within the week. For what it's worth, I DO kind of agree with you - it would be cool to be forewarned of a players reputation, but like I said this idea just begs for abuse.

The Chessbase server has a system like that which seems to work quite well. It just allows you to rate fairness from something like "very fair" to "unfair" and politeness from "very polite" to something like "abusive". All you ever get to see is a summary measure though, nothing like individual comments or what a specific person said.

Anything can be abused, i think it would be nice to see it so opponets have the option to reply to the comment/rating, it would be nice to know who stalls, abuses etc. i have an opponent who is stalling. and wont move/resign he has one move available but doesn't move, if i would of known this person acts like this, i wouldn't of played them,
