I sent him an email yesterday regarding the matter. The timeout at board 1 is a little bit unfortunate. From what I saw at the Forum it appears that this is just an ordinary timeout and that the result will stand as is. But, of course, I will hear the GameKnot captain on the matter. If the individual result stands as is, indeed it will be 21-9 in GameKnot's favor. I proposed some time ago that there should be an article on the match - possibly for the CC magazine "Chess Mail" - and I would like to invite all players from the GameKnot team, who would like to contribute, to contact me. Message: I'd like to thank every player from both teams for the interesting match they played and I'd like thank most specially Volker (reddorg) and Igor (tovmauzer) for the work they did so that this match could happen.
